Mount Maculot Rockies view
Mt. Maculot in Cuenca, Batangas is one of the popular mountain climbing destinations near Manila due to its accessibility, established trail and easy but challenging climb. The Rockies at the shoulder of the summit has impressive views of the Taal Lake.

I was supposed to go here on the 18th but I heard it’s not as clean as it used to be. And the weather’s terrible. I haven’t tried to climb a mountain. Although i wish I could before I reach 27. hehe.

I miss the view of Taal Volcano and its lake. But this place looks wonderful … I’d love to hike it one day!

Too bad we weren’t able to go to the rockies when we went up Maculot.
(It was rainy and the trails were slippery…)

ganda ng view sa taal from that vantage point. nakaka thrill din yung sa may parang overhang.
