<p>The <strong>Feast of San Clemente</strong> also known as the <strong><em>Higantes</em> (Giants) Festival</strong> is celebrated every 22nd to 23rd of November at the province of <strong>Angono</strong> in <strong>Rizal</strong>. On these days, colorful paper <em>mache</em> giants spanning 10 to 12 feet tall, joyously roam the streets of <strong>Angono</strong> in honor to the patron saint of the fishermen, <strong>San Clemente</strong>.</p>

It is said that each person in Loboc knows how to play at least 1 musical instrument and carry a tune. I found this child playing with her <em>Havana</em> along with other children in the <strong>Loboc River</strong>.</p>
